The "review request" template didn't allow me to submit the issue,
complaining that "Branch Path:" field is invalid. Can you make the field
optional, so we can send review requests by patch files?
BTW, maybe we could use http://codereview.appspot.com/ for doing
side-by-side code reviews on the web, like Chromium projects do. Next time,
I might upload the patch to the site, to see if it's useful for us.
