Comment #7 on issue 1249 by [email protected]: gvim 中无法使用 ibus http://code.google.com/p/ibus/issues/detail?id=1249
It is not only the first keystroke. All keystrokes suffers long delay(about 10
seconds). I have tested ibus-1.3.99.20110419 in several WM/DEs on fedora 15 and the results are quite confusing. gnome3 OK kde-4.6.3 Fail xfce4 Fail openbox Fail fluxbox OK enlightenment OK After gvim is killed by `killall gvim`, it reports: "GLib-WARNING ** : g_main_context_prepare(): main loop already active in another thread" `gvim -f` is a good work-around, and maybe that is why fedora 15 ships with gvim.desktop containg `Exec=gvim -f` (which is quite a surprise for me at first). And this problem is **not specific** to fedora. I repeated above tests on Archlinux and the results were the same. And finally, ibus-1.3.9 works well everywhere. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ibus-devel" group. iBus project web page: http://code.google.com/p/ibus/ iBus dev group: http://groups.google.com/group/ibus-devel?hl=en
