takao.fujiwara1, maybe you can add a feature for ibus to switch between
XKB "default" layout? In my case I could use ibus to switch between 2 of
them:
"us+typo,ru:2+typo" <===> "ja"
In other words, the same setup I used with ibus 1.4. It would resolve a lot
of inconveniences.
