local mode of engines for each application if "share the same IM" is

Some users who update IBus from 1.4.x want to use Eisu (Latin, direct
input) mode for terminal application windows and Hiragana mode (mode with
conversion) for text editors, etc. Now 1.5.x does not fulfill this
requirement if they do not use a xkb engine for direct input.
A possible solution is to manage pairs of a current engine and its local
mode for each application (or make an instance of an engine for each
application).
