ibus can startup and there is only one warning record printed:

The warning is expected and no problem.

I don't see the message.
My ibus-pinyin 1.5.0 uses pyzy 0.1.0 and pyzy-db-open-phrase 0.1.0
Whem I uncheck the 'Share the same input method among all appilcations'
in the 'Advanced' tab of 'IBus Preferences', the issue occurred! If I
checked that item, the issue disappeared.
I can not reproduce your problem.
When you remove ibus-pinyin on ibus-setup, do you see your problem?
