Yes. I make a screen recording for your reference. Please find it in the
attachment: 20131220.ogv
I can not find any differences on your screen recording between before and
after check the button of "share input method".
When the "share input method" check button is disabled, ibus-ui-gtk3 just
saves the window ID so I don't think your problem is caused by ibus.
Maybe your resource is already exhausted.
