If you set the session default layout to 'us', the problem won't happen.
I'm not sure which desktop you use.
% setxkbmap -query
It has been fixed.
Get the internal patch from the following bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1074883
or
Update ibus to 1.5.8 which no longer need the internal patches.
