ibus silently start in the background and perform it's duties.

I'm forwarding this bug as requested on LP#1235567 [link 1]. There is very
little known about the bug, and LaunchPad's backtrace system seemed to fail
to generate a useful BT for you. :-( The issue is encountered on, at least,
a freshly booted ubuntu utopic with ibus v1.5.8. Upon logging into a
session the system immediately alerts the user of a crash involving
ibus-ui-gtk3 via Ubuntu's apport bug-catching/reporting system. All the
details known about the issue are in the bug in link 1.
