The current workaround is to install wmsystemtray.
% wmsystemtray --non-wmaker --bgcolor white

I confirmed libappindicator3 works fine.
QSystemTrayIcon no longer works in KDE5 without systemtray.
I will try KStatusNotifierItem later.
I'm searching what is the best solution.
