I know how you feel, I just replaced all my standing rigging and the boat
went to the yard for a bottom job. Of course they found the infamous
Catalina smile. I could do the fix but the yard won't allow it so my breathe
is held for the repair bill. Bad part is I had to put off ordering sails
until I know the damage. I'm going back to hank and all I have is a storm
jib an very old tired main. I did find some well priced sails from Kelly
Hanson though, they use the same fabric as my local UK loft for a third of
the price. Do any of you guys have experience with them?
