I recently purchased a trailer and plan to bring my boat home for some maintenance and refitting at the end of the season. I am beginning to get the trailer ready to receive the boat. I've been reviewing the "Dimensions for Lifting Procedure" available on the IC27A website. Am I correct to assume the boat's longitudinal center of gravity is halfway between the two designated lifting points on the diagram? Does anyone have an idea how far forward of the center line between the trailer axles the boat's center of gravity point should rest? Thanks for any suggestions you have in getting the trailer ready.
