[IC27A] buying a 27 with racing sails?

Hi:

I'm new to the group........seriously looking at a 1985 C27.  I've owned a C 30 
before.  The 27 has a full suit of "racing sails," mylar or something - 110, 
130, 150 jibs, 2 spinnakers, 2 mains.........my wife and I are cruisers and I'm 
not sure of the market for racing sails, and the costs to procure 'cruising' 
sails.  Any ideas?  Or, should I just keep the sails and expect shorter life?
