Dear "mlong9876", Well I think you (we) have come to the right place! I have similar interests, but from 'buyer' perspective.
Regarding the question of where to sell, it sounds like you've not heard of Craigs List (www.craiglist.com <http://www.craiglist.com> ). Check it out. It's a great way to sell (and buy), using the Internet, but still maintaining a good sense of trust and 'community'. About winter covers, I'd like to ask your advice on the best approach. I bought my boat this summer and could use some help on winter storage ideas. If Michigan were closer to NY then I'd be asing about buying yours! Can you tell me about your cover? Is it canvas, with snaps, zippers, bells & whistles? What do you (and others, please!) think about shrink-wrap? ...plastic tarps? With shrink-wrap, is it likely I'd be able to re-use it next year? How many years? Thanks for your help! Because of the length and weight of the pipes, I think local pick up in Long Island, NY would be the only way to go and I would therefore, prefer listing it around here...unless of course, including the pipes is stupid and people just sell the canvas. > > Now that I've jumped the gun and asked the question here, I'm going to do my online research of Winter, canvas covers for a Cat 27...Nothing like doing things backwards.. > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
