Timely question! I am considering buying a C27 that has had the head door removed and the forward bulkhead (front wall of the head) trimmed down in an unacceptable fashion. So I am looking for a similar fix to yours - either a surplus part from a salvage boat that someone is "parting out," or to build a new one from marine plywood. That does not answer your question - it merely expands it to meet my own needs. But in searching for answers to this, I came across a web page that describes replacement of the port bulkhead.
