Isnt that the 27 that was for sale on the Rickenbacker Causeway in
Miami this summer? Small world. I made an offer on it, but Gil and I couldn
t agree on a price. While we were haggling, I came across a deal that couldn
t be refused on a Bristol 30, so I bought it.
It is in nice shape. Very little use on the boat because the original
owner basically lived on it at the Rickenbacker Marina, rarely going out.
Good luck. If you live in the Miami area, check out the new moorings
over at Dinner Key. $225 a month, and plenty are available.

Well, Merry Christmas everyone. I'm pumped! I will pick up my new (well,
1985 model) C27 and sail her home this week. Here's a link to my web album
