I looked around on Ebay, Craigs List, and other websites to find a used Foremost ADJ 7-15 adjustable whisker pole. I finally bought one from Defender and paid $300+ for it. We were in the Connecticut area so picked it up and saved the freight. I understand if you get a used one you have to be careful on the locking mechanism as it tends to go bad. The ADJ 7-15 is fairly heavy and should take any weather I would want to use it in. There are lighter poles that are 7-12' that would probably work. Dick Schmidt Greenville, NC Rush No More 1988 C27
