The old Yamaha 2str barely fit through the opening in the transom to tilt up. The new 4Str heads are bigger and it looks like they won't fit. Using a bracket will further extend the motor aft making the controls inaccessible (and the remoting option is another $1k in parts + the labor).
Is there a list of motors that will fit? Is there a known documented solution?
