[IC27A] "Head ache"

hi all,

the bowl of our onboard head is, oddly, full of clean water and when i try to 
flush or pump it dry it goes nowhere. the tank/overboard valve has not been 
switched since the last time i successfully used it so i'm a bit perplexed as 
to why this standing water is sitting in hy head. anyone have an idea? it has 
been raining a lot here lately but i can't figure how rain water would have 
made it directly into the bowl. thanks
