I'm a newbie to this group. Have enjoyed my '74 C-27 for many years. A thief
recently stole my boom & spinniker pole, cut them in two, stripped off the
hardware and sold them for scrap (along with a poop stick). I actually
tracked them down at a salvage yard and recovered them. (Was unusual enough in
Sacramento CA so the folks recalled the sale) My question: My boom is oval
shaped, I need the aft end plate and the boom mount or goose neck. Does any
one have either available for sale? Also, anyone have thoughts on whether I
can get the boom properly welded together? I think the spinniker pole won't be
a problem. Thanks. DB
