Have used PoliGlow for  eight years and really like the stuff.  Be sure to 
follow prep instructions
exactly.  Prep is the key.  Poli will not hide anything.  Clean topsides 
carefully then six coats.
I applied  them one after another.  Once around the boat its dry enough to 
apply next coat.
Then two maintenance coats every  six months and looks like new.

I've used Poli-Glow for several seasons with excellent results.  It's similar 
to an acrylic floor finish, but with UV inhibitors added.  One of Practical 
Sailor's highest-rated gel coat restorers.
 
One caveat:  the liquid product does not have a long shelf-life, and doesn't 
perform well when unused product is saved until the next season.  Buy a new 
batch every year.  
 
It isn't magic, but it's pretty darn good, and way easier than a paint job.
