Gene, No they are off the shelf Stainless pipe fittings. I actually thought about having some bushings turned but found these to be adequate. I have added a picture of the keel bolt after I eliminated the bilge water but before I cleaned off the rust and a close up of the new mod. Washer pipe plug washer and nut. It probably should have a lock washer or locking nut also. By the way I needed to have this done along with all the other recommendations (15 items) of the surveyor to get navigation insurance.
