Edgar I use a stout three tumbler combination lock designed for luggage on the companionway hatch and smaller, similar locks on the lazerettes. All have the same combination.

I've tried some exterior grade master locks but the loops are too thick for the padlock hasp. The lock I have now works OK but there is only one key and my locksmith hasn't had luck copying it.
