Have you looked into a headlight restoration kit for cars? If they are aged from the sun, like the molded plastic lens on most modern cars, then they may polish clear again like a headlight. I've been using Semichome Polish since the 60's but I noticed my local Napa Auto Parts has a modern upgrade. I have seen lots of owners change out or reinstall the older style windows with the aluminum frames (Usually because of leak issues) but I have not seen anyone working on the ones like I have on my 1986.
