I will begin with a simplistic observation. Do you have your jib cars set at the same location on each side and do your jib leads come into the genny at the same angle on each tack? Make sure the sheets come off the sail in line with the stitching on the clew.
Your rig is probably not tuned the same on each side. Check the tensions on your standing rigging. The C27 site has settings that are widely used for C27s. There may be other causes, but this is the best place to begin.
