Michael - Some good ideas so far - please check to make certain your mast is in 
column.
Sight the main sail track to be sure you have not caused a "bow" in the mast by 
mis adjusting your shrouds - adjust accordingly - then use your jib halyard to 
make certain the mast is plumb to the deck  (straight up), the halyard should 
be the same distance from the mast head to a point on the rail on the starboard 
side as it is on the port...  make certain your rail points are an equal 
distance from the bow.

I will check all of the above. The only thing I know for sure (from home) is 
that the cars are set the same on both sides. I was thinking that the rig 
needed to be tuned, where exactly can I find the specs for the C27?
