Hey everyone, We have found our next boat and are unfortuneately forced to sell our Catalina 27. She was our first boat and a great starter, but we are living on board now and quarters are tight! She is a 1977, 5hp outboard (make escapes me at the moment), with many upgrades since we bought her two years ago. New sheets, updated rigging, new faucet and water hose, re-sealed windows, bow roller for anchor, upgraded from two burner pressure-alcohol to a two burner propane with oven, replaced radio with another old-school one, new speakers, brand new battery (jan 10), repaired 150%, repaired dodger, fresh bottom paint. Has a roller furling that needs some work, but comes with everything you need to sail her away today. Sails are in good/used condition: main, 130%, 150% and 110%. Comes with an oversized CQR all set up to drop and an oversize danforth on the hangers as a spare. Many fenders, spare pieces of line, bungee cords, etc. Asking $4000 and willing to negotiate -- we hope to be moved on to the new boat by the 4th of july :-)
If you are interested, please don't hesitate to e-mail me or my boyfriend, Travis, with questions. (Travis' e-mail is [email protected]) Thanks guys, smooth sailing! Sophi Presgraves
