[IC27A] swim / boarding ladder

Can any one advise me... I'm on a mooring and need to find  a swim ladder that 
will fit an 1980 C27 so my wife can safely board from our 6' dinghy.
I tried to use the portable swim ladder from my previous boat (Pearson 26), but 
the  C27 has to much freeboard to accommodate it. I also tried a 4 step ladder 
with no luck.
I have a Honda outboard attached so I do not think a transom ladder will work.
