Hi Chris, I am in the same boat (did I say that) with a missing Diesel and hate the outboard too. Let me know how it works out. What did you have to pay for the MD-7?

I bought my 78 C27 last year and it came with an Mercury 9.8 outboard because the original diesel engine had been removed. After sailing it quite a bit on Galveston Bay I decided that I hate the outboard and just bought an MD-7 but need the wiring diagram plus diagrams for the plumbing and exhaust. Any help is appreciated.

Also has anyone attempted doing this before and if so any pointers are appreciated since I will do most of this myself.
