I installed a Norcold refrigerator on Sovereignty in 1985. I protected its diodes with a computer strip surge protector. Said device sent voltage to the second, third, and fourth outlets when the primary outlet was turned on. I.E. when the refrigerator turned on and sensed 120 volt power voltage was available, it turned on the second, third and fourth outlets (to wit; I had plugged in a 120 Volt computer fan which circulated air across the back of the refrigerator and kept the diodes cool). I have since converted the ice chest to a freezer with its own compressor. Frig is 47*...freezer is 21*.
