Doc Judy - Have been sold on Schooner Varnish for twenty years but this year decided to use Epiphanes. Am really pleased with result and like it so much better. Glad yours worked out. Clyde Thorington ex C27 now C30 ILEAN2 San Jose, CA

Looks good but it scratches very easily. I did 9 coats of epiphanes on the pinrail and trim strips -- and they look fabulous and don't scratch easily. It was 10 times more work to do the pin rails with Epiphanes than the strips I did with Tung oil... It requires no prep & takes about 20 minutes to do the whole interior. We would like to keep the natural color. Do we just treat it with teak oil? It's for the cabin interior. Thanks Bob
