Correction: Product is SIMICHROME. Web site doesn't mention glass, only metal,
but I'm checking with mfr.

I tried the 3M headlight restoration kit, and it didn't help much at all. I got
it on sale around $12 so it was worth a try.

I'll look for Semi-chrome.

Mine has spent its life covered and under a bimini when in use, however I
polish the headlights on my 14 year old truck every year. I use a product
called Semi-chrome polish which came with me from my motorcycle days. I’ve also
seen other automotive headlight restoration/polishing kits at my local Napa
Auto Parts and that may be a good place to start.

Remember to tape off the black textured painted surfaces or you’ll be looking a
white polish stuck in the texture for years. Phil
