I have a trailer for sale in Nelson BC (roughly 7hrs NE of Seattle). I'm asking $4000 canadian. It has new tires and bearings, all the lights work, it has electric brakes (tandem axle). There are four pads per side with threaded adjustaers and there is a built in keel support. It will hold up to a 29' sailboat with 6' draft, probably around 8500 - 9000lbs. I'll send pictures if you're interested. It's in great shape. I'd be willing to deliver the trailer part way. Congratulations on the purchase!
