Heres a thought.  Keep it in Seatlle this summer if possible.  I moor at 
Swantown in Olympia.  The place clears out in the fall, and it seems that there 
are many openings.  I would check with them, and do the drive up from Portland 
to go out boating in Puget Sound. Lots of Road time, I know, but.... we all 
drive too much and don't sail enough.
