With its open stern and flared gunnels the Bic is not much like a Snark.  Also 
much different sail.  Kids can flip a Bic and have it back up in no time with 
no bailing.  The Bic can take an Opti rig or has two sizes of sail to fit 
smaller and larger kids.  Neat boat.

Charlene - Your mention of the Snark sparked   some great memories!  I learned 
how to sail in one.  Actually two -   the hull of the first broke-up one winter 
(Michigan); the second version had a   plastic shell over the styrofoam 
(polystyrene).
