I believe the traveler on Catalina Direct is not a Harken, but a Garhauer. I did this about 6 years ago and have never regretted it. My curved traveler was basically unusable, I can recall kicking the car to get it to move under any load. The Garhauer has been great, it always moves under any load. I would highly recommend the upgrade.
