I went to the barn tonight for the first time since I got sick 11 days ago--I really missed the horses and even though I'm still fighting with sinus headaches I had to go.
When Orri first saw me he looked a bit surprised or something, then he came towards me to let me pet him through the bars. When I got the halter and went in his stall to get him he lowered his head into the halter like he was happy to have me around! Could he have missed me? The last time I went in his stall to halter him he turned his head away and was reluctant! Anyways--it was so good to see both Gat and Orri. I groomed them both, hugged them and gave them carrots. I didn't stay long but I'll go back again tomorrow. V
