It wouldn't be necessary to start a new registry.  One registry is fine. 
Most TWH's are registered with the TWHBEA, and then the owners join an 
association that they are compatible with, and if they show, they show in 
other than TWHBEA shows.  If they want a magazine, they subscribe somewhere 
else, and do not give any of their money to support TWHBEA except for the 
initial registration fee.
