Hi Cherie: The poles are just over 10 feet long, and the board across the middle is 4 feet. There is one "eye" bolt through the board and pole which allows for a place to attach the tugs and it allows the pipe to swivel depending on the width you need at the shoulder. I took a picture, but it's way too bright to show much. Wanda
