Should I have these concerns? CJ It's true that the Sensation is not recommended for someone who relies on the saddle for balance. I believe the saddle is not recommended for over 200 lbs. but Dana at Nicker's would be the best person to ask as I know she can modify things and her Burr pad is for heavier riders. Karen's husband is around the 225 range and he is finding success with the Sensation.
Is is an English style saddle that you prefer to ride in? If not, you may wish to check out Dave Genedek's site and the Cordura endurance saddle. He gives great measuring directions. http://www.aboutthehorse.com/secure-web/html/saddles.shtml Trish
