hi,
good thing that huginn is in the USA...he would have been dinner in
Iceland a long time ago. as he likes to buck...when he is feeling good
and when he is mad. he's very stubborn and hard headed, likes
things....his way.

yes..true. but IMHO..still not right.

you mentioned that in Iceland "riding horses" are not slaughtered.
what happens to them when they become injured, ill, old or lame?

why slaughter a mare who can no longer catch a foal?  what about the
stallion who can no longer produce foals? how is it determined that
it's the mare?  why not give her a retirement as a thank you for all
the foals she has produced?

not trying to argue, just wanted some info. raven   ~:]
