AT the ALA State Horse Fair I went to last weekend they had "Blanco"
an andalusian stallion that was in all the Lord of the RIngs movies
and he was ridden in a neck ring, so I finally got to see and
understand what you guys were talking about, riding with a neck ring.
I could see clearly it was a form of neck reining, and very cool.
What was cool about it was that the horse was not a broken spirited
shut down horse but a very stallion-y arrogant fiery horse and he was
just admirably well trained and obedient! I love to see horses like
that.
