>>> Why do you ride with EZ-rides opposed to 'regular' stirrups? I have a pair of toe stoppers--are they the same thing?
The toe-stoppers don't provide the cushioning in the footbed that the EZ-rides do. That's what I really like about the EZ-rides, whether or not they have the cages or Tapederos. The cushy footbed on the EZ-rides is great for old joints that tend to get stiff. They make it easier for me to keep my ankles relaxed, and my knees and hips don't get nearly so tired. I used to only like English irons, but we've finally converted to all EZ-rides. I didn't like the toe-stoppers because they felt slick on the footbed to me. I had some, and sold them or traded them - can't remember now. Karen Thomas [EMAIL PROTECTED]
