I've got them... Don't remember how we did it, but I use them whenever
the BO's neices/nephews/itty bitty ones want to come down and ride.
Helmet and toe stoppers and I fell *much* safer having the kids on the
horse.

I loff the toe stoppers for them but can't stand to ride on them
myself. They are slick and I don't like the change in how the stirrup
feels. My stirrups have felt the same for 15 years now, I don't want
anything bouncy, soft, slick, more grippy. I want my plain $20 heavy
weight irons! >bg<

(that *may* change as I age ;) )
