Runa was two when I got her and there were times I was afraid that she was going to be too pacey. However, she grew up nicely, despite having gone through some real ugly-duckling stages. I took several little videos of her and Ima today, and Runa trotted in several of them - in fact, I saw her saddle rack, trot and canter. Sometimes it's a relief to see a horse gait in the pasture, but sometimes it's good to see them trot too.
