That bugs me...more the "tiny" part than the 40 mph part.  A good Icelandic
is not tiny.  Short, yes, absolutely.   I've never had anyone call Falki,
Skjoni, Kari or Tivar "tiny".   But...that palomino stallion in the video
that Judy referred us to, the one who was rope walking - he DID look tiny.
Maybe that's the penalty for the FEIF standards now calling for a "refined"
horse.  They are still ponies, they are NOT 15H, and it's pretty obvious to
people used to seeing 15-16H horses.  So, is breeding for refinement REALLY
going to attract people to the breed?

I guess people can claim 14-15H all day, but I guess this tells us the
outside world's perspective.
