I know that the CIHF website is not yours, but it says this:

"While Icelandics tolt naturally, they should be trained by an experienced 
Icelandic handler.  Even someone who is familiar with other gaited breeds is 
not really fitted for training this breed."

Is that the general concensus of the CIHF that only Icelandic trainers 
should do the "tolt training"?
