actually, it means something a little different (or at least i'm trying for something different with stjarni) -- it means getting him to relax his pectoral muscles, and step further under himself with his hindquarters. i don't really know what this will look like from out of the saddle or not in terms of the tracks in the snow. but i'm pretty sure the answer is "none of the above". --vicka
