I have found the swirls info in the book to be totally right on :)
And speaking of marks like this... does anyone know what the dent in
the neck can be? i have heard the arabian folks call it the
thumbprint of allah and means a great horse but then I have heard it
is where in the womb the hoof rested too long into the neck. My
jaspar has one. it is a distinct dent with no sign of scarring or
injury, about the size of a large quarter or small half dollar :) It
is not a dent in the skin but a dent in skin, and underlying muscle.
Does anyone know what I am talking about? As for Orri Virginia, Lord
help us all with the torn shirt deal... Orri doesnt bite like a
little mule does he? nasi has gotten much better behaved since
gelding but he also has gotten sorta quiet and sneaky. I caught him
trying to break into the chicken house to get to some corn spilled on
the floor and he had torn half the gate down by the time I caught him,
and he had done it all soooooo quietly! Also, he loves to be led, to
go anywhere, but the last two times I led him he did some head tossing
and tried to scamper away like "you arent the boss of me!" then when
he found out I am the boss of him he was ok :)
