As you know, Raudstjarni was not born at our farm, nor was he raised at our farm. I bought him as a unhandled, not even halter broke 5 year old stallion. I named him from my farm as I jumped through all the hoops and paid stud fees, etc. to get him registered. I didn't want him to carry around a stigma from the farm he was from. Something I will NEVER do again, if they aren't born here they will not get my farm name. Live and learn.
