oh boy, do things happen. I'll never forget the day at the boarding barn when my autistic friend decided her grade, pigeon-toed mare and another person's top bloodline champion halter stallion were "in love" and she decided to sneak and let her mare in the paddock with him and his mare he was breeding at the time. When it was over her mare required vet work and dozens of stitches and nearly every electric fence in the place was torn out. I didn't know stallions would fight a new mare if he was already working with one! he almost killed the mare intruder... This is why I just don't think I could ever stand a stallion that acted stud-like. What a responsibility! Janice
