oh boy, do things happen.  I'll never forget the day at the boarding 
barn when my autistic friend decided her grade, pigeon-toed mare and 
another person's top bloodline champion halter stallion were "in love" 
and she decided to sneak and let her mare in the paddock with him and 
his mare he was breeding at the time.  When it was over her mare 
required vet work and dozens of stitches and nearly every electric 
fence in the place was torn out.  I didn't know stallions would fight 
a new mare if he was already working with one!  he almost killed the 
mare intruder...

This is why I just don't think I could ever stand a stallion that 
acted stud-like.  What a responsibility!
